Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Websafe Software Solutions, we provide only digital goods and services, custom-developed as per each customer's requirements. Before any payment is made, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, and pricing. Work commences only after the customer confirms the proposal and completes the payment.

  • Order Confirmation: Work on your digital product or service will begin only after you review and confirm our proposal and make the required payment.
  • 2-Day Cooldown Period: After payment and order confirmation, you have a 2-day period to cancel your order if needed. Cancellation requests must be made within this period to be eligible for a refund.
  • After Cooldown: Once the 2-day cooldown period has passed, or if work has already commenced (whichever is earlier), cancellations and refunds will not be possible, as the service is custom and digital in nature.
  • Refund Processing: If your cancellation request is approved within the cooldown period, your payment will be refunded within 10 days. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
